These terms apply to advertising and sponsorship inquiries and placements with Steel Guitar Radio. They set expectations before any agreement is signed.

An Inquiry Is Not a Contract

Submitting an advertising or sponsorship inquiry starts a conversation—it does not create a binding agreement or reserve any placement. A campaign is only confirmed once both parties agree to written terms (such as an insertion order or signed agreement).

Rates by Quote

Advertising rates, package details, and availability are provided by quote and may vary based on placement, flight dates, production needs, and inventory. Published packages are illustrative placeholders; current pricing is confirmed in your quote.

Content Standards

Advertising and sponsored content must:

Be truthful, lawful, and not misleading.
Not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
Not contain content that is defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate for our audience.
Comply with applicable advertising laws and regulations.

Advertisers are responsible for providing accurate materials and for holding any necessary rights and licenses to the content they supply.

Station Approval Rights

Steel Guitar Radio reserves the right to review, approve, reject, or request changes to any advertisement, sponsorship, or creative, and to decline or discontinue any campaign that conflicts with our values, format, or these standards—at our sole discretion.

Placement & Scheduling

We make reasonable efforts to run placements as agreed, but exact timing, adjacency, and delivery may vary. We do not guarantee specific listener numbers, impressions, or results unless expressly stated in a written agreement.

Payment

Cancellation
