Submission Is for Review Only

Submitting your music grants Steel Guitar Radio permission to review it for possible airplay or feature consideration. A submission does not create any obligation for us to broadcast, promote, or respond to your material.

No Guarantee of Airplay

We listen to everything that fits our format, but we cannot guarantee that any submitted track will be added to rotation, featured, or played. Programming decisions are entirely at the station's discretion.

You Confirm You Hold the Rights

By submitting, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or control all rights to the music you submit, or are authorized to submit it on behalf of the rights holders.
• The music does not infringe the copyrights, trademarks, or other rights of any third party.
• You have the authority to grant the permissions described in these terms.

Links Only — No Uploads

We accept links to your professionally hosted, properly licensed music (for example, a streaming profile or private listening link). Please do not send audio file attachments or direct uploads; unsolicited files may not be reviewed.

No Payment or Obligation

Submitting music is free. We do not pay for submissions, and submitting does not obligate you to anything. Likewise, no payment is required or accepted in exchange for review or airplay consideration—submissions are evaluated on musical merit and fit alone.

Permission to Play & Promote

If we select your music, you grant Steel Guitar Radio a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to broadcast it on our stream and to reference your name, artwork, and track information in related on-air and promotional materials, consistent with applicable music-licensing requirements.

We May Decline Anything

Steel Guitar Radio reserves the right to decline, remove, or stop playing any submission at any time, for any reason, without notice.
